        avoid this store

        A christmas present was purchased on 12-23-08, the cashier advised me I would be able to get a refund on my credit card in the event the present did not work out. Upon returning this unopened item WITH orignal sales receipt, the associate/mgr "KC" advised me it was a store credit only. NO signs were posed when I purchased this item.



        The store was closed for 5 days after the Christmas holiday then they only give store credits WITH receipts. What a way to save money!



        Avoid this store completely. There were no customers in this store much less their customer service is severly lacking as well. Hopefully soon they will be out of business and Karma will prevail!
