Forest City Honda

*BUYERS BEWARE*

What happen to taking care of the customer? They Sold us a LEMON and they know it. We purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass in April 2016. We have been back and forth to Forest City Honda for the last 2 months with problems with the brakes. So everyday that we have been off work we are at the dealership trying to have the problem fixed. They even had it sent to a Jeep dealership in Shelby. Still the Jeep did not get fixed. No one knows what the problem is. So we have a defective jeep. We call and speak with a sales manager and then the owner. We were instructed by the owner of the dealership to bring the jeep back. He said he would take care of us. Well after working with them for 7+ hours . They instead try to rip us off. By offering a little over half of what we paid. We only had the Jeep for a little over 2 months now. It just shows what kinda of people they truly are. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from FOREST CITY HONDA.

What a runaround.
False advertising, they had me make three trips to their dealership and they turned me down three times,, they advertised bad credit, poor credit, no credit, slow payment, repo no problem. I brought cash down. And each time I was sent home empty handed, then they to come back, that they would do it, but each time they changed their minds and said no.
What dishonest dealership, don't waste your time.
I did ,time and money, and gas .
You try to buy local and this is what you get.
Lies deceit and false advertising.
Now I rather drive 100 miles than buy it from forest city Honda.
Three trips there and back what a very big deception.
I am disabled and wanted a fair deal, instead I was deceived each time.
They should be sued for false statements in advertising.
