Fraud.



Before we signed the lease, they said everything will be brand new.



When we got the keys, it was totally different.



This apartment company is a fraud.

Well to be honest the apartment was not the worst but the management is the worst I have ever experienced. I had nothing but problems and have been gone for about 4 months and still dealing with them. In one year I had to have the dishwasher, garbage disposal, heat, ac, front door lock, back door lock, hot water heater, and the toilet repaired. The leasing agent never returns your calls, is never in the office and blames everyone else but herself for your problems. My AC was broken for approx 3 months and they did nothing to make up for it. I also had a bat that made my balcony its toilet and when I complained was told yeah we have alot of that problem reported. I broke my lease and agreed to make payments on the amount I owed and the same day I signed papers they filed against me in court. They admit it was an error but have never done anything to fix the situation and told me I should just not worry about it. I would not tell my worst enemy to live there and I hope that one way or the other I can warn people of the horrid customer service and lack of professionalism this company has.
