        I went to the Forest Hills club today for the yoga class (which is only every Sunday) only to find out that it was cancelled to accommodate the pre-certification class. The representatives at the club told me that the announcement was made via Facebook. What about those who do not have a Facebook account? They could have notified members via email as well (yes, I get emails from them when I have not showed up for quite a while). They don't realize that people have to prepare for the class and spend for the fare to get to the gym.

        But what is more disappointing to me is the indiferrence of the people at the desk. I have noticed this since day 1. I feel like they don't care enough. In fairness though, there was one lady who I felt is genuinely concerned about the members.

        Terrible Experience- wish I knew this before I registered

        They don't care about you- at all! You try registering, the lady rushes you and claims she "forgot" about a promotion that's posted all around the gym. She's a terrible person and all she wants is to rob you of your money. DO NOT go to this gym. You will regret it if you do.
