I was referred to Rob thru an old friend/ patient of mine who unfortunately had to cancel his appt with me due to another family commitment. Rob was about 5-10 minutes late when arriving citing traffic issues coming from Woodacre. When he arrived he immediately went to park on my tenants driveway Which is a " no no" because of the fact that they may need access to get in and out plus he had an older Van and I didn't want any engine liquid stains because the driveway was 2 years new! He looked surprised when I asked him to move n place it in the street as if I was imposing on him??He came in and confirmed I had a leaking copper pressure pipe that needed to be cut off, a new valve installed and a new hose not taking him any longer than 30 minutes. He charged me $ 250 for Labor and about $20.00 (HD cost) parts. I paid him via check!. The following day I went over to check and the under sink shelf was again wet. I grabbed the under sink chrome plated drain lines n they broke apart in my hands. The tenant was aghast and asked me why he didn't check it along with his exorbitant price? I had to do an emergency run down to HD and bought $68.00 worth of replacement pipe n had the drain lines back on line (continent/without leaks) and no more moisture! Caveat emptor-(consumer beware) U gotta watch these guys because they can n will rip u off n not perform the repair correctly
