If I could leave Negative Stars I would - The two guys working at this location are dishonest lying scumbags who are beneath working at McDonalds washing lettuce. I wanted to purchase the $29 phone that was being advertised. They told me the promotion was over and tried selling me an $80 phone. When I questioned why the promotion was still being advertised they got upset and told me to leave the store. I did and went to the Metro PCS up the street and got my phone for $29 - No wonder the store was empty.

Rude people make wait 3 weeks for a phone replacement travel from Key Marathon to fort Lauderdale 3 times them I was deny the warranty because a small crack on the screen ,I wish they have told me that from day one ,no apologies, rude ,worst store ever

I would like to thank Chass for helping me with my refund and getting on the way because the store in my area gave me the run-around once again I would like to think Chass and her manager Ricky for helping me with this matter or may I see situation and that is the reason for my ratings.

I had a Samsung phone that was defective, this is the second time in two weeks. I was told that I had to leave the phone again for four days, until a new one arrived. I could not get a loaner, so I went and got service from A T&T. Terrible customer service The down fall for me I just paid my bill on Saturday $46 gone.my first time using Metro Service I started in February, never again.
