I had a great experience at this store! I was getting ready to drive across the Everglades back home to the Fort Lauderdale area where I live. I needed to have my tire pressure and fluids checked but was not familiar with the Fort Myers area. As I am a AAA member, I called them and they told me the closest facility that could help me was this Napa store on San Carlos in Fort Myers. Frank was terrific. He put air in my tires and checked all my fluids. He said I was down 1 quart of oil so I bought it from the nice guy who worked inside the store. The whole visit cost me $4.90 but the piece of mind that they gave me was worth a whole lot more. This store offers great service and does not rip people off! Definitely a Five Star Experience!

Don't use this company My husband sat for 2 hours waiting for a tow truck since everything was covered in our triple AAA package they were not getting any money from us so they moved us to the bottom of the barrel. a rep from AAA called they advised that Drive is finishing up paperwork and will be there when finished. But Driver has already called my Husband and told him that he need to take a car from Fort Myers to Cape Coral that can be an addition 1-2 hours on top of the 2hr and 15min he already waited...

This store is owned or in cahoots with the shop next door of the same name. Their prices are high so the mechanic next door can enjoy the profit of high priced parts, as if his prices weren't high enough. Don't slow down as you go by looking for a good store.
