        Overall

        Terrible and incompetent! A/C repairman turned the a/c off to melt huge amount of ice from a/c. Did not check drain to make sure the water would drain properly. The condo was unoccupied. Fortunately a friend stopped by to check and had to use buckets and towels all day long to keep the water cleaned up and from leaking to the condo below!!! Could have been a real disaster. Called to complain and the girl was very sarcastic.
