        Answer your phone!

        It's kind of hard to buy anything from Best Buy when they won't even answer their phone! I wanted to make sure they had something in stock before I went there since it's 30 minutes from my house.



        Called twice, pressed the option for sales associate and the phone just kept ringing and ringing. With the economy the way it is, you would think they would be hopping trying to satisfy customers wouldn't you.

        Their prices are better than most but their employees offer very little assistance. The checkout lines are always long because they don't open enough registers.

        Everytime I have ever gone to this store to buy something, they never have it in stock. I usually buy from the online website. Once in awhile I have been able to find an employee to help but thats not often. I do not like this store.
