Hawks Landing

These people are unprofessional in every way possible. They do not have time for the concerns and complaints of their tenants and they will feed you lies to get you to leave them alone. They do not care about the tenants what so ever. They are blatantly disrespectful and hide behind a calm tone to justify what they're saying. In order for you to have any results you have to call corporate. And after you do that, they throw in your face things they think you've SUPPOSEDLY done wrong to make them seem like YOU'RE the bad guy. They don't make time to resolve tenant issues or complaints UNTIL you call corporate (which to me is inexcusable because now rather than solving the matter willingly they need to be forced by their bosses to do so). So if you don't mind living under people who could care less about you, then go ahead and sign up.

DON'T MOVE HERE!!! I have lived here for almost a year now and I will NOT be living here EVER again. There is only a 50/50 chance that girls who work here will be nice to you and actually listen when you call. I've called over and over again about seeing bugs in the kitchen (its been two weeks) and I have yet to get someone to come in and spray. When I first moved in the ac broke and we didn't have ac working in the unit for a total of 5 days. (Which is against the law for them to allow) I've called about my laundry machine before and it took them three days to come fix. PARKING IS HORRIBLE. If you live in the first two buildings then be prepared to never have a place to park and god forbid you park in front of the club house (EVEN IN THE SPACE THAT ISN'T MARKED AS GUEST PARKING) they put a STICKER on the window of your car that is horribly hard to remove saying they will send someone to tow your car if it isn't removed in 24 hours. There are these boys that live next door that are always having parties and playing music so loud it can be heard from the parking lot. I have complained and they have done NOTHING to address it. I'm embarrassed I recommended this place to two people who now live here and have to put up with the same nonsense. ONE LAST THING, If you see the pool....... don't get to happy about it because its hard to find it open on SUNDAY since the office is closed. I've already taken it up to the office and got a nasty response in return.
