        I had the most HORRIBLE experience of my life at the hands of Dr. William Klein and Vet Tech Heather Puza! They were both rude and treated me like dirt! Dr. Klein kept referring to my GIRL DOG as Him, which tells me he wasn't paying much attention to my pet! Both employees actually FROWNED their faces when I asked a question! They even called my "confused" behind the office door, only because I am ELDERLY! So, if you are a senior citizen and have a pet...Please don't take your pet to VCA Tri- County Animal Hospital!

        Overall

        The receptionist was so rude. My pet had surgery there and needed to be seen as the wound was starting to come open. While her words were the scripted type, her tone was so rude and accusing and harsh. She was very unprofessional. I can not believe that have someone with such poor customer service skills and so lacking in compassion working the reception area or answering the phone. I won't ever take my pet there again!

        The doctors and staff are wonderful! Very knowledgeable, friendly, compasionate, sympathetic and professional. Dr Jullierat diagnosed my cat in less than 10 minutes and was correct. Unlike the other two vets before him.



        They have just about everything you need for your pets, including boarding. And affordable rates, plus your pet would be at a facility with a vet. They also have "Wellness Plans" for just about evey pet. And the plans you can pay on a monthly basis, so that you don't have to come up with a lot of money at one time. That is nice for those of us who have more than one pet.



        I have not had one issue with these folks at all. I really love TCAH and they treat my pets with the utmost care and that is very important to me. Plus they know how to speak to people as well. I highly recommend them!!
