Mi Cocula Mexican Grill

My wife and I love this place! We eat lunch there frequently. Great food and service! I recommend highly!

We entered last night around 545 and even though the restaurant still had almost half its tables empty, we were told there would be a 20 min wait for seating as the kitchen was a bit backed up. OK, I kinda get it... We sit down to wait, and about 10 min later that hostess comes over and says let me get your name for the list, so we give it to her. Evidently the 3 other groups that came in after us were already on the list ahead of us at this point, because when another party of 2 that came in after us was seated first I asked how mush longer and was told it would be a bit as 2 more groups were in front of us. I explained that they all came in after us and she proceeded to tell me that they are first because we were not on the list when they came in. I said that is YOUR job to do not mine, why did you not make it right when you realized that you did not have us on the list. She said she can only go by her list, sorry... This is just too messed up for words and we walked out and will not be back.
