Pinnacle Plumbing

As a long-time customer, I was surprised and disappointed that Pinnacle messed up at every turn what should have been a fairly simple tub faucet replacement.After a heated exchange on my part, they chose to abandon the job, and had the nerve to send me a huge bill anyway. I had to hire another plumbing company to come in and finish the job. What Pinnacle could not and would not finish, took another plumber no more than 15 or 20 minutes. I would seriously think twice before hiring these folks. They will leave you in a bind.
