        Overall

        The grounds are not anything special

        The building looks like a brick parking garage

        Management not very nice

        The apartments very drafty not smoke fee at all

        Has a strange smell - not a place to call home

        Maintenance rarely fixes anything unless they have too

        Complaints have been sent to Attorney General's office

        The surrounding neighborhood is not very safe -drugs and shootings downtown
