Salon Elan

Horrible salon with horrible staff, particularly the owner. Very unprofessional. The salon is also very overpriced.

I went here for the first time in the middle of December and they messed up my hair 3 times - it was bright orange. They kept trying to fix it and eventually they told me there was nothing else they could do. So naturally I went to another salon and they were able to fix it. But I had to pay them as well. So after about 2 weeks of trying to get the owner to call me back so that I could request a refund, she finally called me back. I was all about handling it in a civil manner, however, she was nasty, yelled at me and hung up on me several times. I was in shock that someone who owns a business would treat a client like that, particularly one who was unhappy with their services. So now I'm out the $200 I paid for "foils", plus the tip I gave, plus the cost of the other salon and tip.

I will definitely never EVER go back to this salon and I advise anyone who is thinking of trying it out, to save yourself from unprofessional staff and less than subpar, overpriced services, and go somewhere else.
