Last winter I ordered fuel and was told oil would be delivered tha thursday. Thursday came and went without a delivery. I called the office to see what was going on. I was told I don't know what happened to your ticket. We can have someone out there next Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and I was told the same thing when I called. This time the delivery wouldn come that Friday. Sure enough NO DELIVERY! After two weeks of calling continuously and getting in touch with someone in charge they were willing to reroute a driver AT MY EXPENSE OF AN EMERGENCY DELIVERY! At this point I should have learned my lesson an gone with a different company. BUT I thought maybe it was a fluke. I am going through the same exact thing this year. I was told delivery would be Tuesday; Tuesday passed I called and was told Friday. When Friday came I called to make sure the delivery would be here and I was told the driver was out. I would get a delivery Saturday. it's monday, Today I am being told tomorrow!
