Small, local, family run Lumber Company and Hardware store. Always willing to go above and beyond for customers.
I just got off the phone with Peggy who works at Gross and she couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Peggy looked for the item I needed and put it back until I can get there. P.S. Sometimes you might not get a nice response if you're not being nice.
They always have rude people working there and they never have what I'm looking for. This has happened on more than one occasion. One time I even got hung up on.
