We moved our 2014 Ford Fiesta to Brown's after another shop wanted to take the roof off to repair damage to the rear wheel well/fender. Brown's kept us informed, worked with us while we dealt with a difficult insurance company (their customer, a local electric cooperative, had admitted fault), and delivered a car that looked as good as or better than before the damage. Tim Ross was a model of patience and professionalism, always courteous, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend them.
