BEWARE! DO not use them. Worst experience ever! I put a down payment in Feb/2017 for a staircase, wine door and hand rails and called every month to see what the progress was on the project. I got the run around from the owner Doug Mosley, and the workers in the office Adele and another girl who were so rude and nasty on the phone and acted as if they were doing me a favor. I put a complaint to the BBB and contacted Amex to dispute the down payment of $3600 made in Feb 2017and on June 1st 2017 still nothing no staircase, wine door or hand rail. I was told I was not the only customer. They are scammer and wanted a full payment before they began. They try to keep you hanging on so you cannot dispute it with credit card company after 90 days. They are all a bunch of liars
