The Frederick Animal Control is a wonderful place to obtain a pet. The staff there is well qualified as well in assessing the needs of the animal in question as well as the family or person adopting. The are very knowledgeable and intuitive. I worked there for 5 years and not for 6 the latter. I would not go anywhere else to adopt a pet: and I am saying this freely and of my own accord. please take a look and bring the family old and small.
