My garage door was oof the track because of some ice built inside the tracks, making the rollers come off. It caused issues because I couldn't get the door to move up or down, it was stuck mid-way. I was expecting it to cost a lot because I haven't had an issue like that in the past, I called a few garage door companies but none of them kept their appointments. Legman garage door guys came out same day and I only paid $195 to fix the off track problem. That's a win for me and a heck of a lot cheaper than what some other companies quoted me over the phone.
