This is the 2nd time we've had our windsheilds replaced at A+. First off, I was shocked at how fast they were able to get me in to get a new windshield. Service was fast, clean, and very affordable. If I need to get another windshield, I won't go anywhere else. Best on Whidbey!

I took my 2010 Prius in for headlight polishing. The driver side headlight cover had smeared clear coat and the service rep stated it is really hard to put the clear coat on curved surfaces. He stated the lens was not scratched. Once home, I noticed multiple deep scratches on the edge of the driver side lens. I did not take the car back based on the attitude of the service "dude" and didn't wish to argue with him. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I took my T-Bird and my wife's BMW for new windshields. These guys were great. They provided me excellent service,quality workmanship and professional courtesy. They were timely, honest and offered a good warranty. I would recommend them to anyone for auto glass.

DO NOT GO TO A+ Auto glass in Freeland Washington. I am a BMW expert and I hired them to install a windshield. When I went to pick it up they did not do the work as I told them to. When I pointed it out and told them to do it again the fought me verbally that they were right in how they did the work and I was wrong. In the end they took 100 dollars off the price. To me this deduction is admittance of guilt. The phrase the customer is always right does not apply with these guys. I was shocked how an owner and employees would talk to a customer in they way they did.

Soon after the windshield leaked in a downpour and killed the cars engine computer. I was not going to bring it back to them NO WAY NO HOW! I removed the windshield reinstalled it properly and replaced the ECU. There was some water damage.
