Awni is prompt and very responsive. Has been in this business for quite a long time and knows the in's and outs.

I've had the pleasure of working with Advanced Water and it's manager, Awni, for many years. He installed my water softener when I first moved into my home in Dublin. Awni explained the different options and was very helpful in finding the right solution for me.

I've had numerous items where I've needed Awni's help through the years and he ALWAYS goes above and beyond in helping. I just recently had a service call that I needed Awni's help on and he immediately sent Santiago out to fix the issue. Santiago was very knowledgeable and was able to complete the job correctly the first time. Another instance of Awni and his team doing everything to give the best customer experience possible (even years after the purchase!).

Did I mention that my brother's AND sister's homes both have water softeners purchased through Awni and Advanced Water? Yes, that is right and it is all because of the quality/reliability of the water softeners that Awni sells and more importantly because of the service that he provides.

Awni and his team installed the GE Avantapure water softener and Watts 5-stage reverse osmosis water filter in my house last March. Both have worked well so far. Awni was great to work with.

Just got the GE system installed and product is great so far. Awni was wonderful and offered a great deal. I checked out many other systems from competitors and this product offered the greatest value for the cost. I highly recommend this company and in particular Awni if you are looking for a water softener.

In San Ramon, the water is really really hard and we had to get a water softener installed. Did some research and comparisons such as Costco's Puronics, Clarks, Watts, Lowe's stuff as well and finally decided to go with G.E.



The product looked very nicely engineered and durable and with reverse flow plus extra features, and functioning really well doing its engineered purpose, we are all happy with it.



Not only was the product a good select, but APWS Co. which installed and maintains the service were the Best.



The installation required extensive plumbing work to make sure that it is in the right spot. Awni Rasheed and his team did an excellent job and never compromised on the quality, quantity of the labor work. They also used the best materials and any of our friends visiting us, asks us if this thing came with the builder as it is so elegantly and professionally finished.

I have installed water softner and RO filter through Awni couple of years back. I have received quotes from multiple companies, but nothing could beat what Awni had to offer. On top of that he offered 5 years of free RO filter replacement. The job was well done and to ur satisfaction. He also has replaced the RO filter twice now for free. I would highly recommend Awni if you are looking for water filter and RO filter.

We have installed the Water softner and reverse osmosis water filter through Awni. It is almost three years since we installed it and both products have been working extremely well with out any issues. Awni had been very patient and provided a very honest feedback about the products and never pushy. He has give us sufficent time to do our reserach to decide on the product. His team has done excellent work with out any major issues interms of installing the products. Also he has been providing excellent support every year interms of changing the filters for free for the reverse osmosis system. During my last three years of interaction with Awni, I have found him to be very honest and commited person. Whenever he says he is coming to check the system and install the filters, he has been always on time. I have been exteremly happy and fortunate that I have choosen to go with Awni in installing the products at my home.



Overall, he is very committed and honest person. I would strongly recommend his services to everyone.

He did a great job, and helped us out when the defective pipe installed by the builders began leaking. He was here in a heartbeat and found the problem, which we would never find on our own. Awni, of Advanced Pure Water Systems in Fremont, CA is 'old school' in that he is not only professional, but extremely personable, knowledgeable, and service oriented to details, and genuinely cares about his clients-what he says, he does, and follows through, and is more than willing to bend over backwards to ensure that you, the customer is satisfied with the product, service, and whatever else you may have on your mind. Our home was NOT plumbed for a water softner, and other companies gave complex and confusing ideas of what they would do. This involved costlier, and unaesthetically ridiculous ideas that helped us decide to do business elsewhere. Awni definitely helped us make the right decision, and the install was not only aesthetically pleasing, but it was also less than what the other companies quoted. Lastly, the rear garden was fitted with an extra fresh water bib that was retrofitted into the existing irrigation system, and we are very happy with this. Thank you very much, Awni!
