Perfect Studio

I went in to have a picture enlarged and framed as a gift. They are very unorganized, unprofessional, and there is little to no customer service. I was told my picture would be ready in a week. 3 weeks late I still did not hear from them. I called them and they had no information for me. It was a picture of my deceased sister that I wanted to enlarge and frame for my parents. They never called to tell me there was a delay or any problems. I would advise against going to this location. There are plenty of professional studios in the area and I would rather drive to another city then go here again. I still don't know the status of my photo and it's going to take them 30 minutes to call me back and provide that information to me. Oh did I mention that it was right before Christmas and I expressed to the lady whom I placed the order with that I needed it to be ready by Christmas. Almost a week after New Year and I still don't have my photo. Oh and the cost to enlarge one picture...about $60. I should have just gone to Walgreens.....
