They were very nice! Have had the car for over a year now with no major problems. They worked with me on payments. Were compassionate and understanding of my circumstances. Will certainly be back. Did not take advantage of me, even though some would, being that I was a single woman coming in shopping by myself. Bravo, boys!

I want to give everyone out there fair warning about used car shopping. We went to R and K quality cars of fremont and purchased a car....2 days later the transmission died on it. I took it back and they put some bandaid fix on it and a few days after we brought it back home from supposedly being fixed the transmission went out AGAIN. We took it to our mechanic who ran it on the computer to make sure it wasn't anything computerized. He didnt fix it because hes not a tranny guy so it sat at his business till we could get it home. After our mechanic referred us to a transmission shop I called the car lot and complained again. They told me they are not running a charity...I am not asking for a free car, I am asking for my money back and he can have his peice of garbage or I would accept a car of equal value that runs....You want to know what he told me then? He proceeded to tell me that we have been driving it for six months and he will take the car back but we get no money back.
