O'Reilly Auto Parts

Walked in to buy some motor oil. The oil I wanted was on sale with an additional promotion, at least that is what it seemed like to me. Grabbed 2, 5 quart containers and walked to the register. Asked about the $10 gift card offered. Was told no, there wasn't any. Another employee said yes there was. It's a mail in so the guy helping me tears off one coupon. Rings me up, overcharges me over $8. Then I ask, isn't there a free oil filter with each 5 quarts purchase, he says no again. So I push the issue and it turns out I am right. So he goes and grabs 1 filter. Now I am upset, I am buying 2 containers, so I am entitled to 2 free filters and 2 mail in coupons. So I say forget it, credit me back the entire purchase. He originally charged me $80, but only credited back $58. Huh!!! The other guy had to fix that. This guy does not deserve a paycheck. Unbelievable. I have shopped there several times in the past, I'm never going back
