The Village at Marquee Station

I moved into The Village at Marquee Station the first part of July 2013. I am a single mom of an elementary age student who I transport to school in Cary. I actually work in Raleigh which makes my commute extra long, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. I did extensive homework on the apartment complex that I chose and actually went to several in Cary, Apex, Holly Springs and this one in Fuquay. Hands down, this was the best complex of them all. The management team was the most friendly and professional that I found! They are quick to respond to requests and the Maintenance Manager is outstanding! My first night here (being a new complex) I was having an issue with my A/C unit. I called the request in after 10pm and had the maintenance team show up before 11pm and had it fixed! My apartment faces the pool and I never hear anyone outside. I've been very impressed with how sound proof the walls are. The pool is gorgeous and reminds me of a pool that you would see at a resort in Florida! The gas grills are built in with brick around them, there is a car wash area and a pet washing area (if you need it) too. The city has plans to build some upscale stores in the front of the neighborhood and construction is underway for those buildings. My guess is that it will resemble more of a Cameron Village type of look. I am a neat freak, slightly OCD and slightly high maintenance....:) This meets all of my needs and I'd rather drive an extra 30 minutes than to be miserable in a community that I don't enjoy!
