I bought an 'as is' used car in late March 2014 and within a few days ran into a major transmission issue. Greene Ford could have just said tough luck, but they did ultimately help me out a little bit. Like any dealership, it took a while for a response but I will likely go back for another used car in a year or two.

I LOVE this company. They really care about their customers. They want to make sure you are satisfied well after the sale. Days, weeks, even months later they still keep in touch.

being a single mom I have to worry about things a little more. I was sent to Greene Ford and I called and talked to a salesman Anderson. He was very easy to deal with understood my time thing being a single mom with kids. he was able to work with me over the net and phone and had it set up as he said it would be once I got there. I'm very pleased with the level of service I received. I will remember this.

You always hear bad things from people as it seems like very few take the time to say thank you. My family and I had been looking for a car but with credit issues some dealers just wont talk to you. Well Greene did and they really took care of us and everything was lower than I had expected. thank yall!

I bought a used truck from Greene Ford. I was treated more than fair and the wait time was not that bad at all. It was a better experience than I had expected.

I've always heard bad things about car dealers so when I went looking for a car I knew what to expect. However I went to Greene Ford and talked to Anderson. With no hassle no pressure he gave and went over all of my options and let me take the time I needed to make a choice. Thank you for being better than I had expected. It's nice to find good service. It is horrible! If you are a female stay away from this place!! The old guy that is a salesman here is a pervert, and would not get his manager when I asked him to. It was very unprofessional and I will not go near this place again!

Worse experience ever trying to purchase a vehicle. The salesman was very pushy and rude. Talk down other dealers and makes instead of comparing. Unless you have on a tie, you will NOT be acknowledge, especially if you are under 30 years of age. I do NOT recommend this so called dealership to anyone, I strongly suggest finding another local ford dealer!

Find another Ford dealer this place is a joke, very poor service, incompetent employees, slow, lazy. They operate like they are back in the 80's they think service is necessary evil and that inventory is what sells. They must have some loyal old farts that keep coming back because they do not know any better, otherwise they would have been out of business long ago. FoMoCo should cancel this idiots.
