Little Italy

Oh wow! Their calzones are the best in town hands down. The location is easy to get to. The prices compared to serving size is exceptional. A great sauce builds on their menu to give you a great experience in Italian dining. They are not fancy compared to a chain restaurant, but that is the beauty of their success. A great selection of beverages on tap and bottled enhance the meal. Locally owned and operated with a great staff makes you feel at home.

Pizza is very good...sandwich's are a great deal, I like softer bread myself but the price is one of the best sandwich deals I've ever had. I'm soso on there strombolis and calzones. If a pizza fan, gotta go. I suggest no more than 3 toppings, believe it or not, they put too much on.Enjoy!!

They use only the freshest produce...sliced, not diced. The garlic is real chopped garlic, not garlic powder. They even use shaved Italian sausage instead of the little sausage balls most pizza joints use. What's more they don't skimp on the toppings.The service is AMAZING...we showed up, unannounced, with 20 people and they never even batted an eyelash. Quite the opposite, they acted as if it were their joy to serve us.We now bring our youth group there quite often. After only the 2nd visit they knew my order, and now have it rung up and started before I even get to the cashier. Talk about amazing customer service!It's for these reasons that we keep coming back again and again.If you're in the Gainesville area, stop by Little Italy. I promise you won't be disappointed!
