Weekly residential trash, recycling, yard waste and bulk item removal. One bulk item is removed weekly with your regular pickup, no need to call. However, we ask that you evaluate the item you throw out, as you will learn there are needy people in our area that can use what you don't need anymore. We offer many services for our client's convenience. We offer a second cart for a small monthly fee, as well as, a clean cart swap or cart liners program so you don't have to contend with a stinky cart. Call our office for details or to sign up for these services.

They were great for the first 3 years, but now the service in getting bad. They skip houses on picked up day, mine 3 times in 3 months. I called the first time was told the truck was full and had to miss me, but funny they got everyone else and they come by my house on the way in, got the neighbors on both sides. The second time I was told the can wasn't there. I always put the cans out the evening before by 7 pm.
Thursday 12-20-18, they missed me and the house to my right, and the house across the street from me, called and all you get is a busy signal until after they close, then a voice mail. Let a message, it said they would call me the next morning, it's now 7:06 pm on the 21st, called them several times, busy, call after they closed, got the lying voicemail again. Service is going downhill fast.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Red oak has made a really Bad impression for this first time/new customer. I called on Tuesday morning to set up new curbside pick up service for Wednesday. I was told a truck would deliver our can and pick up our trash (10bags) on Wednesday. Our items were put on the street Tuesday night in anticipation of a Wednesday pick up. By 4pm Wednesday it still hadn't been picked up. I called and spoke to Beth, who told me the driver for our route had called out sick and another driver was running the route and would be a little behind. No one ever came on Wednesday..this morning I had to re-bag it (10bags)thanks to possums and whatever. Thursday morning I call the second the office opens and Beth tells me AGAIN that someone will be out today. I'm giving them until 430pm if it's not picked up today by then I will be demanding a refund. And finding a reputable company to do business with.

I have had no complaints until now.I have had the service for 3yrs and have been extremely pleased.My problem is I have tried contacting by phone,and email at all numbers provided.I have a simple question to ask regarding heavy item pickup.I also know we need to inform before putting out the item a day before but if no one answers the phone how exactly are you supposed to comply.I have called in the past and CSR was helpful.I would like someone to respond as this is still an ongoing issue.

I have been a client of Red Oak for over 17 years. I can not express how pleased I am with their customer service and timely pick ups. I like their friendly and helpful text/call updates and reminders, I appreciate that Red Oak Sanitation serves our community with programs like "Recycle for the Cure" and educates us in matters related to recycling, waste management and protection of the environment. I can also tell that the workers that collect the trash and recyclable items are friendly and professional. They have answered my questions in a very polite manner every time that I have approached them while collecting items from my home. I want to specially thank Mr. Citrone for going above and beyond our expectations in order to provide a "WOW" customer service experience. Thank you, Red Oak!

We moved from VA and have really appreciated the great customer service provided by Red Oak. Tim was very helpful in helping us get not only good services but and an affordable rate. Our trash has always been picked up in a timely manner and we are thankful for the extra services red oak provides such as an extra large item, yard items, etc.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER DEALT WITH. DID NOT PICK UP TRASH FOR 3 WEEKS. Customer service agent was horrific. Extremely rude. Would not let me talk to a manager. LIED and said my cans were not out for three weeks waiting to be picked up (claims drivers went past and they weren’t out there!!!). This happens ALL the time. I’ve even called to remind them and they still forget. Canceled my service and will be telling ANYONE that wants them how horrible they are.
Oh - and she also said they are not paid to come through the neighborhood to see if the trash it out?? How does that even make sense????

I've had Red Oak for about a year and lots of aspects are great. I get a text whenever my service day will be changed because of a holiday and their customer service has always been pleasant and helpful. My recycling is always picked up early in the day and my recycling bin placed back neatly where it started.

Trash pick up has become increasingly unsatisfactory. My trash bin, as well as all of my neighbors bins are haphazardly tossed back in my yard, or occasionally in the street and they come at varying times of the day, as late at 8pm. I know I'm a little OCD, but I hate having my trash sitting out all day plus I frequently have dinner guests Friday night and it's not terribly welcoming to have my trash still out at the curb when my guests arrive. However, today for the first time ever, my entire neighborhood didn't get trash picked up. Recycling came this morning, no trash ALL DAY. And the office is closed tomorrow so I can't call until Monday to find our what the issue is, and when it will be resolved.
