Have been a satisfied customer at T.S. for many years and all dealings have been good.
Two weeks ago my wife purchased a shirt for $29.99 and was a size too small. She took it back 8/16/2014 to exchange to the next size up. We were then informed we owed an extra $2.47.
It was determined when she purchased the shirt was during tax free week and the tax would now be owed.
We were not buying a new shirt just exchanging. Company would not overlook the charge and we took a refund of $29.99.
I was looking at a Poulan leaf blower on sale for $99. but ended up buying from Home Depot due to the above transaction.

We purchased a riding lawn mower. The mower was sticking in reverse. They replaced it with the same model and we had the same problem. The manager then replaced it with a different model that was a little more expensive and we have not had any problems with it. We are happy that they took such good care of us.
