Hi this is shyam the service I got it really very disappointing the person name is Mr pedro he dont know how to talk with person forget about the cutomer he dont even care about the customer service I dont have the words in my Dictionry to express Dont even think to go in I made a blunder mistake I thought its next door of my work they will take care but i was wrong they are here just to grab money fraud ppl

Delivery service is horrible. Had a delivery window berween 3-7 pm. I have been called twice to tell me they are behind two hours. So I want get my furniture until 1030pm. I've been waiting on furniture for 5 hours. Who does this in America waiting on furniture for 7 hours on Christmas Eve. If the company couldn't deliver the furniture why have it open on schedule. Beware consumer you can change your mine at this #1 furniture store in America they have restocking fee of 30% of your total purchase. So just be sure when you go to Ashley furniture. I'M WAITING ON A RECLINER SECTIONAL I DON'T WANT BECAUSE OF THEIR RESTOCKING FEE . Dont want to lose my 220 bucks I paid to this rip off company. if you are in Maryland try Bob's Furniture now that's a company that knows how to take care of you. No out pocket fees there.

I am having an extremely unpleasant shopping experience with Ashely located in Gaithersburg Maryland. My wife and I bought a large quantity of furniture from Ashely’s store as well as their web store because we have been a loyal customers and we like what Ashely’s style. Long story short, the store received our furniture and told us they would hold it for us till when we are ready for delivery. Sometime ago when we were ready for delivery, they told us they had to reorder one of pieces (they definitely sold that piece). I was absolutely fine with that even though the manager told us it is not their fault not to disclose that information to us because this policy is written on the back of the receipt (that the can only hold the furniture for up to two weeks). I was never informed that otherwise I would have asked them to deliver it to my old address. I asked for a delivery date for the re-order, that’s when all the lies and negligence started. I had to call the store almost every day for a week to get status updates, and every time the manager told me she would get back to me the next day with more accurate information yet they never called once, not even once to try to resolve the issue. First the manager promised my wife by the end of the same week, we would receive all the furniture, the second time I called, it would be early next week, then 2 weeks, then 3 weeks, and now it is 6 weeks. I finally got fed up, so I requested the managers name and the number I can try to reach corporate. One of the employees gave me the manager’s first name (Lisa) but Lisa was not willing to give me her last name and provided me a false number for the corporate office. I finally got the correct number by calling Ashley’s online store. I am not even upset that she sold my furniture without giving us the proper information about holding items for the customers. I am upset because the negligence and unwillingness to resolve the issue. Her attitude was very bad despite I was very polite and understanding. The rest of the team at that store was nice. Marv who sold us the furniture was very professional and helpful and a few other employees we really enjoyed talking to them. But I will not return to that store and I will not recommend it to anyone.

if your looking to purchase furniture don't come here. be warned. I purchase a living room set w/and accent chair that broke less than a month of having it. called I had to file a claim ta tech went to my home to try to fix it, he couldn't nice guy no complaint for him. turns out a piece of plywood broke( this is what there furniture is made from) and couldn't be fixed. the chair has been broke longer than I've owned it. read the fine lines in the back they wont take it back if its passed the 72 hrs its been in your home. I don't know how someone can tell if the chair has hidden damage. I spent a good amount of money on something that didn't last.as I just of the phone with the claims rep. said they will not cover this because it shows no sign of dry rot wood. I urge you to think twice about purchasing from this company and there bogus warranty cause even they told me they don't caver this type of damage.
