Situated at the summit of the Allegheny Mountains at Milepost 248 on Norfolk Southern’s Pittsburgh Line, The Tunnel Inn - a trackside bed & breakfast catering to all types of railfans, consists of 4 rooms - 2 with 2 single beds & 2 with 1 Queen Sized Bed, Private Bathrooms & Air Conditioning complete with individual Cable TV units in each room. A covered rear deck with self controlled light switch is available to illuminate the track area to view the mainline action at night. Also a chimnea located on the rear deck to take the nighttime chill out of the mountain air.
