Chesapeake ERgent Care

My daughter needed an x-ray for a possible brake so we decided to check out the new urgent care in Crofton. I'm very glad we did! We were so impressed with Chesapeake ERgent care, I had to write a review. It was the fastest and most pleasant experience I've ever had in a urgent care office. The office was impeccably clean, they even supplied waters and coffee while we waited (which wasn't long). In addition, the staff was very kind to my daughter and extremely medically sound with their diagnosis and advice. Five stars all around!!

When I walked into the facility, the first reaction I had was it was very clean and inviting. I saw the doctor almost immediately, and he gave me his undivided attention. Everyone was very pleasant and spent time answering all of my questions; the doctor was nice enough to explain his diagnosis/care instructions multiple times to make sure I understood. Fortunately I have visited only a few urgent care facilities, but this was clearly the best experience I have had. The whole process was easy and straightforward. I would definitely come back to avoid the stress of going to a hospital or waiting for a doctor appointment.
This was one of the best healthcare experiences I've had in my life. I can't recommend this place highly enough.
