        Paula Schembri's Allstate agency goes beyond expectations. Not only does she find ways to save a lot of money without sacrificing coverage, but she's also very dedicated to her customers. I called one evening to inquire about a policy renewal, shortly before 5. I was in no rush for an answer, just wanted to ask some questions when I thought of it. Over an hour later, Paula was still at the office working on my questions. It's service like that, on a very small issue, that reassures her customers that Paula will be truly dedicated in an important situation or emergency.
