They are liars. If you sign, you most likely will regret it and it'll cost you. T-Mobile will not be able to help you. Go directly to T-Mobile and cut the middlemen. You're warned. If you sign, its your own fault.

Do not buy from this place, they sold me phone that does not work and will not take it back... Very unprofessional and ripoff

Unlike my other trips to some of those cell phone activation service place, this store staff is truly professional, diligent, and knowlegeable. Eversince T-Mobile introduces the new MyTouch phone, I have always wanted to stop by one of their stores and check it out. When I saw the T-Mobile sign across from the Costco parking lot in Garden Grove, I decided to walk over before doing any of the shopping...and I must say this E Mobile place has a jungle of handsets and accessories to offer. The sales rep diligently showed me how the MyTouch phone works and all the bell and whistle that comes with it!!! Let's just say I walked away (back to Costco) with the new phone that I want at the very decent price...STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!
