i cannot explain how angry i am at this place! they should be shut down!



i am an ebay and amazon seller. our packages usually get sent to the usps postal office but one day i was in a hurry so i dropped my packages (12 total= worth about $850 of goods) at the closest place near my house, which was here. the lady there said she will take the packages but will let me know if any problems happen since i had a lot of packages. i left my number with her. weeks later, i had gotten floods of complaints due to customers not receiving their items. i contacted this place and the lady told me my packages have been sitting there. she said she lost my number.... i understand that she couldn't call me but why they hell couldn't you mail out my packages. i had to refund all my customers their orders, which was a huge loss on my part.



i freakin hate this place, do not go there! i will be reporting them to the bbb and any other possible place to get them shut down.
