        In operation since 2003, Pilate Plus is an exercise studio, offering physical fitness programs. Based in Laguna Hills, Calif., the studio houses a suite of equipment, including reformers, ladder barrels, wunda chairs and spine correctors. In addition to providing Reiki and massage therapy, the exercise studio offers certified personal and functional training programs. It also offers private, semi-private and group reformer classes. Additionally, the studio specializes in Zumba training, a combination of dance and exercise.
