Nails Forever

I have gotten my nails, toes, waxing, and eyelashes done by this business for several years. The service has always been average but, their customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I got my nails done and paid by credit card. I wasn t charged once, twice, three, times NO, I was charged $47.00 four times. I understand mistakes happen, it was the way I was treated when I needed assistance for my refund. I called spoke to a manager/owner and was told to get a statement from my bank and to bring it in. So that same day, she knew I was coming (on my day off) I drove to my bank they printed off my statement bc the manage would not look at my on line statement. Then drove 20 minutes to their location and when I arrived the manager made me wait while she took care of everyone else before even pulling out the paperwork. I had my 2 yr. daughter (no nap, and all the parents know how that goes) with me and we had lunch plans the owner/manager could care less. I have never been so disregarded in my life. After waiting for over an hour she finally found my credit card receipt then wrote me a check for $138. So not only was it a inconvenience for chasing down the money owed to me now, I have to go to the bank to deposit the check. REALLY! These ppl are CRAZY! I asked if she could do anything for all the running around I had to do for their mistake and she offered a 10 gift card. But, when she gave me the check she had no gift card. Talk about customer satisfaction. They can t even give me a nail fill but, they sure can charge my card FOUR times. I mean a $138 over and the most they were going to give was 10 bucks. I spent more in gas going from one end of town to other to get my money. And all the manager could say was it wasn t my fault... SOME manager... she wasn t accountable for the business nor her employees. PATHETIC! The manager should be ashamed of herself and for running a business like that.

I've been going to this place for 2 years now and I realized about 6 months ago that they are not sanitizing or cleaning their nail equipment at all. I keep going because they actually do a great job on your nails.
