Kennelina Pet Resort

I had heard good things about kennelina when I moved to Belmont a couple months ago. My 51 pound german wirehaired pointer has stayed in many other kennels with no problem. In fact, there was no problem that he caused this time either. I was told hes a nice dog and friendly.

Thats why I'm stunned that they said he isnt allowed back

Their reason? He's too energetic.

Yes, that's right, a supposedly professional dog facility banned a 51 pound friendly dog that didnt cause a problem, because they couldnt handle an energetic dog that teenagers from Rover.com have no issue walking daily.

Stay away from this joke of a business. ridiculous.

I wanted to take my niece to have a look at some animals to see which one she might want when I called the location to find out the hours and see what animals they did have for adoption the gentleman told me that he is not a petting zoo and that he Was not going to participate in those services. I will never go there bad review

We have used Kennilina several times and we love them! They not only do the doggie basics - food, potty breaks, etc. But they play with the dogs, send emails and photos, and all of the little extras that help you feel better about leaving our babies. We would and have recommended Kennelina to anyone! Thanks Kennilina!

Brad & I had to go out of town couple weeks ago for his brothers wedding & we had to board our dogs (Yogi & Charlye). It was very hard for me to do this; Ken & his staff were great , he sent us pictures the next day to reassure us they were doing well & having a good time. I felt so much better after receiving his message along with the pictures.

The facility was very clean & well organized with scheduled play times for the pets. We will definitely use them again when & if we go out of town again.

The best in the area, by far. We've looked at all of them, trying to find a suitable place to board our baby when we go on trips, and this place has it all. Clean, well maintained, and personal service from the owners who are clearly real animal lovers. Just couldn't ask for anything more.
