Gibsonburg Intown Storage

TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I do not recommend this storage facility to anybody storing anything of value! Unless all you have is bicycles this is not a storage unit for you. We had our locker for about 6 months, and we just moved out of it today. First of all I was informed that because I didn’t give them a 30 day notice they will not reimburse me for any of this month. Secondly the lockers are INFESTED with mice! I spoke with another person the same day we moved out and said they as well have noticed that all of their property is covered in mouse feces. When I asked the owner about it he claims “this is the first he’s heard about it” Third there lockers have moisture problems! I am having to throw out a couch and love seat because they are covered in mold. When I brought my issues to their attention I was essentially told “sorry but not my problem” The couple that owns this “business” are very rude and unprofessional! Over 50% of my items in my locker (almost everything that wasn’t stored in a plastic tote are absolutely ruined!!! I can not stress enough that I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS storage facility!
