Silver Soleil Tan, Inc

Walking in to the studio, there was no friendly greeting and i was left standing at the counter for about 5 minutes before a frown faced employee grudgingly said can i help you with something. I dropped off a resume and cover letter not expecting to receive a call shortly later for an interview as a store manager. The interview went well and i was scheduled for a second "working interview" which i would be paid for and upon completion, discussion for hire. At the second working interview, I was told it wasn't a good day and we should reschedule the second interview for 5 days later on a busier evening (not being paid by the way like I was told). When day 5 rolled around I was super excited about the working interview as I had researched and studied the company and store products and services, when I received a voicemail on my phone 10 minutes before my starting time stating "the president of the company decided to hire within, completely disregarding all of my time and effort spent to make a great impression on how I would be as a studio manager for her store. I thought it would be appropriate to explain the carelessness on the management team at Silver Soleil Tan Studio only because thinking of how I was treated and how I could only imagine how customers are treated on a regular basis.
