Tiny Nails

Tiny Nails is a great place. I have been going there for several years and have never been disappointed. This is a family owned business with reasonable prices, a clean environment and excellent service. Their loyal customers and popularity are the best indicators of quality service.

Really bummed out about Tiny Nails in Gig Harbor. Family and I had been going there for a few months when we had 3 bad customer service moments in a row... I went back calmly and nicely to explain what had happened. I honestly expected for them to just say I am sorry and we can fix it. But instead, the lady employee got mad. Yes, mad, really mad! She yelled at me and took NO accountability. It was such HORRIBLE customer service. I was so disappointed. My nails look horrible. They are flat and have no shape. The gentleman who did them got up at least 15 times to do other things and even got up and left at one point for over 10 minutes to finish a pedicure on someone else. We had reservations too. I felt like we were a herd of cattle. I went back to share our issues and was shocked and horrified by their reaction. I said that I am not mad, I am not yelling, I am calm, but this needs to be addressed and fixed. There is definitely a lack of communication and ZERO accountability. My husband also had a reservation and sat in the pedicure chair for 20 minutes and no one helped him. Not at all. And the water was ice cold. He finally got up and walked out. It was pretty bad. Needless to say, we will not go back. NEVER. People are not cattle and should not be herded in and out like they are. Take the time to listen and do a good job. I don't think that is asking a whole lot..... Thank you.

My husband & I went in for manicures & pedicures & received wonderful service! The salon was clean & we had two gals working on us at the same time! Incredible foot, leg, hand & arm massage! The massage chairs were top of the line & even did the hips & buttocks! The parrafin dip for the hands & feet was a definite plus! I got a beautiful gel french manicure & overall was very pleased with our experience!

DO NOT GO THERE! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY CUT MY DAUGHTERS FINGER! and MY DAUGHTER AND HER FRIENDS NAILS LOOKED LIKE THICK TOE NAILS THAT POINTED UPWARD AND WERE VERY PAINFUL AFTERWARDS!
