Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Has worked well for me. Little slow returning deposit though. Very friendly drivers to pick me up and take me home. Will use again.

I have rented on a regular basis at enterprise but the past 2 months I have had a horrible experience. Lately, my car is never ready and I am left (NOT several) but one routine courtesy confirmation call - which is left to all their customer's whom have reservations but Carolyn the store manager( whom she has replaced Jamie) is always saying..."I left you several messages". This is untrue.



As I stated, myself and my family rents quite frequently from enterprise and have never had such terrible service. Even though my information is in the computer, I have a membership with enterprise however, you would think they have our information on file.



We are still asked to bring additional information only to the Glasgow location and are treated rudely and I am always told by Carolyn, when I am unhappy with service..."I don't know why you want to speak to someone else there is nothing they can do".

Thank you Carolyn for letting me know you are the only able too help me at a national and international company such as Enterprise.



I will be calling the Glasgow regional manager and whom else in the company I need to call.

Excellent service, great rates and an excellent vehicle. I was very well pleased with my recent two-week rental. I will definitely use Enterprise again and recommend them to anyone.
