He has significant experience remodeling older homes in the Richmond area and has earned the Class "A" contractor certification. Leo supports ethical business practices by maintaining corporate membership in the Better Business Bureau of Central Virginia. He currently serves on the Board of the Home Builders Association of Richmond and has actively worked to start a Remodelers? Council within the organization to support ethical business practices and continuing professional education within the industry. He has earned the Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) designation from the National Association of Home Builders. He has also recently earned the Universal *Certified Design Professional (UCDP) designation from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.He currently serves on the NKBA (National Kitchen and Bathroom Association) Advisory Council for Builders/Remodelers.Received The Coty Award Each Year For Several Years Parade of Homes is featuring one of the projects in there parade this year October 18th and 19th, 2014
