        I used this Budget twice and both times my card was hit with miscellaneous charges after car was returned. I ask them to explain the charges in the store, then they refer you to a phone number which is an automated service. I dont even want to deal with fighting these random $13 charges from budget...

        Overall

        Best price. Loved the Kia Forte. Wold not provide transport me a mile down the road to dealership. Offered a cab which would have made their price noncompetitve.
