Glen Burnie VA Outpatient Clinic - U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

I've been calling this outpatient center to make an appointment for three weeks, now. I've called every extension. I've called at different times of the day (during their listed office hours). I've let the phone ring for 15 straight minutes. No one has answered the phone EVER at this location. This is the reason why people complain about the VA. Because the workers don't care and IT SHOWS.
