Until today, as a repeat customer of this business, I would have recommended them to anyone. However, when I arranged for a recliner to be picked up because it was not done satisfactorily, Ray and his assistant stormed out of my home before I could even finish explaining the problems. I never experienced such rudeness and lack of professionalism. After paying $1000 for a chair to be reupholstered, I am now stuck with a very uncomfortable recliner that didn't even get new padding in the seat area, and a back that does not match the original contouring, which I specifically requested and was assured would happen. I am very disappointed, especially in the behavior of Ray in this matter.

Ray and his staff were great to me and made me feel comfortable bringing my valuable antiques into his shop. I was amazed by the quality of his work. I would recommend him to anyone.
