        Extended service plan ripofff!!!!!!!!

        what a nigthmare save your self dont buy the extended service plan THEY DONT LIKE PEOPLE WHO HAVE T.V. PROBLEMS IT COSTS THEM MONEY AND IT IS A WASTE OF THEIR TIME.....

        unbelievable customer service

        My Name is Lisa. My family and I are considered electronic nerds and shop at your store often. Everytime we go to your store in Glendora we are meant with the best customer service. They are kind and knowledgeable regarding the products in your store. My family also consists of a few Senior Citizens and when they shop there they say they are always respected and helped right away and meant with warmth and consideration.



        Your store is well organized and clean and my family and I are very happy you have such a great new shopping center.

        This is a new Best Buy in Glendora. It's about time we had an electronics dealer other than Radio Shack. The store looks nice and the employees seem helpful.
