        Horrible customer service, make the trek to Grand Junction or Avon Home Depot.



        I was in this store yesterday afternoon - buying paint for my husband's painting business, he has a commercial account with volume pricing....the paint desk people proceeded to stand in front of me and talk garbage about the commercial sales desk employee...... then told me I couldn't have the paint at the negotiated price.



        I called the asst manager, Ross or Russ - and he was the most unhelpful, insincere manager I've ever dealt with. He tried to tell me it was MY fault because my name wasn't on the account - the POINT wasn't that my name wasn't on the account, the POINT I made to him was that your employees talk garbage about other employees IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS.



        Sad thing is, this isn't the first time it's happened. My husband dropped hundreds of dollars on paint there in the last week, and I bought a $500 sink and faucet that morning. Seriously considering some returns.
